I plan on planting my 20 gallon and I don't know what to choose. I would love help with choosing low-light plants for foreground, mid-ground and background and how to place it around my drift wood (it's in the center) to make it look natural.

you can buy background plants like echonodorous sp,anacharis, hornwort and forground plants like anubias, java moss, java fern...

Depending on the amount of light you have, you could try Marsilea minuta for the foreground. It will grow in low light and looks alot like Glosso, which is a higher light plant.

Good suggestions from discus lover above ^. :)

How much light will you have over your 20g? That might narrow your choices down even more.
