Plants???

I have a 20 gallon aquarium and I would like to make into a planted aquarium. I just recieved my Myriophyllum as my background plant and I have ordered my Dwarf Hairgrass. I have no idea what my mid ground plant should be. Any suggestions or advice on what I should get?

anubias and crypts are good midground plants since they stay less than half a foot. there's also java ferns, blyxa japonica, wisteria or regular dwarf tears (not the dwarf kind), these can grow a little bigger than half a foot
