Depends how you want to go about it.

Dry ferts are the cheapest but require you to maintain a pretty strict schedule of dosing. Green Leaf Aquariums ( http://greenleafaquariums.com ) is a good place to get them at a good price. I use this in my 37 and 40 gallon.

Premixed commercial ferts are easy. I have used SeaChem Flourish and Brightwell FlorinMulti. Both are good and contain a good mix. FlorinMulti is a bit less expensive as you dose less so a bottle will last longer.

Another good premix is AquariumPlants.com Total liquid. Basically 'Miller Microplex' mixed up for you. Cheap and very concentrated (one drop per gallon once or twice a week), I use this in my 75 gallon.

I also use AquariumPlants.com Total root tabs. 75 tabs for ten bucks. Cheap and a good mix of micros and macros. You can DIY your own root tabs with some Osmocote+.
