Is there anyone who can help me with a red flame sword question? I have had the plant for about two months and the leaves have been steadily growing from the base of the plant. Last week, however, a stalk shot up and has what appears to be two smaller plants toward the top. As you can see in the picture, I had to bend the stalk down because it has already grown out of the water. Is this a means of propagation and can I cut and plant the growths as new plants?ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1427766755.569790.jpg

Yep, it's reproducing. Let they plantlets start to grow a bit. When they get to a decent size you can cut them off an plant them. Good luck!
