Where should I look to find a place locally to have a CO2 tank refilled?

Anyplace that sells oxygen, like suppliers that provide O2 and CO2 and such to medical facilities, will fill your tank as well.

any place that fills/sells kegs will fill up ur C02
i got mine filled at the beer barn =o)
