Removing carbon

I was told that carbon can absorb fertilizers from water column. So I'm gonna remove it tomorrow morning. The problem is I just dosed my 10 gallon with API leaf zone. Should I redose it after removing the carbon? Cheers guys

Yes, carbon with remove trace elements from the water column. Here's a link with info on carbon.

I'd suggest just staying on your regular dosing schedule though. Any that will be lost in 24hrs shouldn't make a huge difference, but over dosing could be a problem IMO.
