it has 1.15% chlorine?

i've noticed that some other products contain it too.

i thought that chlorine is bad and not something you want in your tank.
 
hmmm interesting. You are right. I think it must be Cl that is bonded to 1 of the metals it contains. Think about the quantities you are adding though, it is 1.15%, and you are adding ~5mL at a time give or take, so we are talking about a small small tiny fraction of 1mL of Cl per dose. It probably breaks down very quickly and releases from the tank as the fertilizer mixes with the water column. Cl is very volatile, so it would not stick around long.
