Seachem Flourish or Seachem Flourish Excel?

Which is the best fert for me to use? and will it harm my stock?

Fauna:
- Cherry red shrimp
- Amano shrimp
- Cardinal tetra

Flora:
- Eleocharis acicularis (Dwarf hairgrass)
- Hemianthus callitrichoides (Baby dwarf tears)
- Pogostemon helferi

CO2 is also injected.

If you already inject co2, you don't need excel. It is a organic co2 supplement. Regular flourish will notcause harm if used properly and dosed weekly.

flourish is nutrients and excel is a co2 supplement for those people who don't want to inject co2.
