Other than the fact you shouldn't have any nitrites and your nitrates need to come down to 20ppm or under there is nothing wrong with your levels. Watch Kh because if it drops any lower your ph could begin to drop due to lack of buffers in the water.
Do a 50% WC wait a couple hours and do another 50% WC. That should lower your nitrates a lot and hopefully add buffers back into the water to raise your kh.
