Hey there!

I'm expecting some plants I've ordered online to arrive today. They've been in transit a few days, and I want to get there somewhere safe pretty quick.

The only tank I have right now is in the middle of cycling and the ammonia, nitrites, nitrates are all high and out of whack. Should I put the plants in the tank, or will the levels kill the plants?
Should I fill up a five gallon bucket with water (dechlorinated?) and float the plants in the bucket until I can plant them?

Keep the plants in their containers up until you are right about to plant them, which should be either the day they arrive or the next day. A cycling tank is actually not an issue for plants as they feed off the ammonia.
