To add a bit more color can I have 3 types of shoaling/schooling fish in one tank? Im planning harlequin rasp(nice blue/pinkish/silver)25, CPD/galaxy rasp (red/gray trout like appearance)15. Is it overkill to add a third? I really like the orange Von rio tetra, thinking of 10ish. That would put me at 50 and a great mix of color.

Is this overkill?

That would work, but I'd be worried about the CPDs or boraras in that large of a tank. They are shy eaters and easily outcompeted for food. The Harlies and Von rios would be fine. Perhaps a different, larger, more boisterous school or added numbers to the others? JMO Sounds like a fun tank!
