Silicates/brown algae

I have been looking everywhere and can find what I am looking for so my question is

What do i need to look for on my water report for silicates

It should simply say silicates or Silica with a ppm or ppb number attached to it.

I fully checked the water report 3 pages and cant see it :/

How old is the tank? Could be simply initial tank setup = some diatom algae...

About 2-3 week since it finished cycling and 3-4 weeks cycling

Okay, don't worry about the brown algae too much then. It will go away on it's own.

Tank Size
Lighting
CO2
What kind of fertilizer
pH
gH
Water change schedule
How fast plants are actually growing

50% weekly and plants are doing well I have need to trim the back and others are shooting new stems

Fertilizers are not the first cause for diatoms. I think you have your bases covered and the algae should go away after some time.

Cut back lighting slightly and manual remove as much as you can.
