Small bubbles on my plants what is that

OK so I've had live plants before but none of them have ever been covered in tiny bubbles. Some of the plants ive had for 7 months and they have never had bubbles on them others ive only had about 3 weeks.

I dont use any fancy equipment and just use liquid carbon, root tabs, liquid ferts and 2 arcadia plant pro lights and I use a small diy co2 system.
