Looks like I'm "cool". It's the 'Soil' that's bad. The 'Mix' is okily dokily.

So they used poultry litter, meat meal, feather meal, and blood meal. So basically, they just use an entire chicken?

But yea, that should be fine.

The "Water Conserve" on the front brings questions.. as long as it doesn't have gel or the little foam pieces, you should be alright.

The water conserve is apparently wood shavings. There wasn't any foam or anything like that. The tannins are pretty bad, since it's basically splintered wood. The water is definitely still orange-ish after a 10% wc yesterday, and I just finished a 20% change today. Dirt also leaves a really good white cloud if even the slightest thing is disturbed. Clearing up faster than I thought it would, all things considered. Black Tahitian sand looks pretty cool with the little wood fibers.
