Not easily. First many think it is caused by low phosphate levels in a planted tank plus too long a photoperiod. Try running your lights 6-8 hours daily max and you can treat them with Excel but often times it doesn't help much. Nerite snails are the only algae eaters that can actually scrape the hard green spot algae off and eat it. Are you getting it on your anubias? If so you need to move them into a more shaded spot as that will help.

I had the same problem..a UV sterilizer cleared it up in 3 days. You may also try Flourish CO2 booster and cutting your hours of lighting waaaaay back. I went to 1 hour per day when using the CO2 booster and gradually increased until the plants started to turn green again. For root feeders you may want to try root tabs. If you have an air stone...only run it at night and leave off during the day. It worked for me.
Good Luck! Dwayne
