Starting a planted tank

I would like to start "growing plants" and start a list of all I would need to do it but... I clicked on the sticky thread the beginners guide to planted tanks. (The first one) and it said page not found, is there another link and no one has edited it yet? If not can someone post a link so I can make my list?
