Supplement to a Finnex Ray2

Hey Folks, I was wondering if somebody might have some experience with running another light along with a Finnex Ray2 ? I'm not having much luck growing red plants and I'm under the impression that the tank is too deep and not enough light is getting to the bottom ??? Spectrum of light maybe ?? I thought about adding a Planted +, but that might just be more of the same........ ......Everything is perfectly healthy and looks good, just wishing I had more color in the plants.
I run CO2, Ferts, all the good stuff.........

Thanks for any advice....I'm still learning so any tips will surely help.

What type of CO2?
What type of ferts?
Is that a 20g high?

It's a 29 gallon deep.......... It was free so........

My fertilization schedule varies, but it mostly consists of the GLA PPS pro system that I dose every other day. In between that I add Seachem Flourish and Metricide. Basically I'll add one of the above everyday, but rarely the same thing two days in a row.

The light is on a 3 on- 2 off- 4 on Cycle that also runs my CO2 at the same time.
