I have a 20 gallon ( neon tetras, Siamese algae eaters, platy, electric green glolight tetras) I am planning to switch it from fake to real plants. I am interested in grasses for the back. I also want to get something to attach to the driftwood and I'm not really sure what else. I don't have much experience with plants so I don't really know what to put in it. Any suggestions?

here are a couple of photos of a tank with plants.

The first was when the tank was planted with E.latifloius (Chain Sword), and the second with Vals I believe are V. spiralis, but may be americana. The tank has plain gravel, and 2 T8s over it. The tank is a 48" 30 gal. For the second pic, the lights were at least 3 years old, and there was only one fish in the tank, a BN pleco. No ferts were used. Twice I harvested about 1000 plants from the first set up, and over 400 Vals from the second. For what it's worth.
