So I have a ten gal betta comm. Tank, with black sand bottom. I want to have marimo moss balls, and possibly anarchris, or some sort of tall, grall like plants. Any ideas on lighting, and plant ideals? I don't want to break the bank on this, so I could deal with plants that require less light if that would be cheaper.

A lot of these new led lights don't support plant growth. If you are willing to spend some money on led lights research other forms of plant supporting light systems. I use the zoo med t5 dual high output on my 36 gallon aquarium. They come in different sizes and look great.
