Is flourish tabs and florapride (with pwc) too much?

When I had a low light tank. 1.25 WPG, any time I added any liquid fertz I got algea.

Use root tabs under plants like swords that root feed. Everything else whould be fine with fish waste as fertz. (java fern, anubias, etc....)
