Total plant noob needs advice

About how old are your lightbulbs? 15 watt lights are really cheap to replace and you can even get daylight bulbs at walmart. Any plants you get will need fresh daylights to grow.

Used alot? No I don't think so

If you can afford it you could get a 48" fluorescent 2 bulb shop light and get daylight or full spectrum bulbs for it. It would still be low light but would give you better options/chances with the plants.
