Hi all.
I fancy scaping my smaller 9gal tank into a UK National Tank like in this months pfk mag. But I want to keep it as a rcs breeding tank.
The tank I am using is a BiUbe.
I have pebbles, rocks and some wood that fit the uk style but I am unsure about dirted tanks, low light plants and whether my BiUbe light will suffice.
I know dirted has to be organic with a cap and no ferts. Any other major do's and dont's?
Is it best to use plants in the pond section rather than aquarium section?
My BiUbe has a standard 10w 12v light inside. Will this do?
Also do I need to use a pump or will a filter be ok? (it is protected/covered to protect rcs fry)
Do these tanks require weekly pwc's like my other planted tank?
Thanks in advance.
