Unknonw Plant- help?

Hello again all! It's been ages since I posted- its sad really.

I am adding plants to my tank and I found information on a few I didn't know.. but this one... it really is stumping me! I am almost thinking they sold me a plant that isnt aquatic hahaha.

I dont want to think that yet though! So I thought maybe someone here knows what this little guy is? I appolosize the picture is so grainy

Not aquatic. It's an Aluminum Plant. It will rot.

Awe! Darn! I wonder if I can plant it and salvage it and keep it as a house plant? Though that may be a question for another forum! lol This is why I like Mom & Pop stores so much better than those chains XD

It should be fine. Some House plants to be planted in the back of the filter or with the roots in the tank in the plant above the water

It's wilting. I am not sure if it will survive what a bummer. I was hoping to get it started. Maybe it had too much water for too long?
