Want to add more variety of plants

Hi,

I need help with adding more plants to my tank. I would like to add some grasses, tall growing plants and even open to plants with color, but I have no idea where to start.

I have a 55 gallon tank, currently the plants I have are:

Anacharis ( elodea)
Anubias
Java fern
Dwarf swordplant
And another plant that I can't remember the name

My fishes are:
1 peacock eel
11 tiger barbs
2 clown loaches
1 albino rainbow shark
2 Bolivian rams
1 pleco
