The Betta might eat the shrimp, depending on his dispostion.

my betta is somewhat very friendly, it just chases the red tetra when its feeding time, other than that he just hids in his little home

How long do you keep your light on in your aquarium?

it was 8 but now 4 hours cause of the algae bloom but i was told to leave em off for 4 days
