What is the stringy stuff growing on my leaves and how do I get rid of it?

Yes it comes off fairly easy.
I dose PPS-pro/ 5 mil once a day
Compressed co2
2x 54 watt HO fluorescents on 6hr per 24 hr period.

Age: tank is less than a month old.

Substrate: fluorite red gravel base(majorly), some fluorite black sand as a semi cap, with some white sand alone to the far right of the tank to add contrast.

I attached a pic for more reference, it's the cyperus helferi in the middle that has the unknown "algae or whatever" on it.

This stuff is a white stringy mold or algae. Any clue what it is?

I have that too
