what is this on my java fern help?

Hi this is on 2 of my large java fern leaves but ain't on any of the small ones please help

Those look like roots growing. Are they connected to little leaves? If so, those are baby java ferns. It means you're doing a great job.

Thanks for the reply Yh they look like roots and kinda of little leaves on the end of the big ones they wasn't there last week

Yeah. Those are baby java ferns. Wait until they're at least an inch long, or even until they have a few leaves, and then you can take them off and attach them to driftwood or something.

Cheers for ur help I actually fought they were dyin but then I seen a few people sayin they had the same thing but cudnt find any pictures so didn't no if they were dyin or not

You can leave them be and they'll detach when they're ready.

Do I have to do anything to get them to detach or will it jus happen ?

they'll eventually detach on their own, but as long as they have roots and come off fairly easily they are ready to be on their own.
