What kind of plants do i have? Driftwood mold?

Ok so i just got plants and i asked for some java fern and this is what the guy gave me. I kind of liked them so i didn't really say anything. Not sure what type of plants they are though. Also i have this white mold i guess growing on my driftwood. I've read that it is normal on newer pieces of wood that weren't soaked. Any help is appreciated!

Oh and one last question! In your opinions what is the best fertilizer?

I think that is the same exact plant I had before. It didn't do too well, leaves started withering and falling off which turned the water yellow led to an ammonia spike

I replaced them with anacharis so hopefully it does better

I'm using 18 watt 10000k florescent light in a 16 gallon

from what I read it should be enough light

Yea mine are kind of brown in color but nothing drastic. I just added them friday night. I'm looking for a good fert for them. Also got a cabomba in the tank aswell. You can look at my 32G through the link in my sig.
