What setting to use on this new light fixture

I just purchased the Current USA Satellite Freshwater LED Plus Light. Does anyone know what setting I should leave it on during the day that would be best for the plants?

Use the orange or full spectrum mode.

+1 those two are the best. You can adjust the orange/full spectrum color so it has both colors mixed up in it.
