What type of light to get?

Ok so I just recently acquired a 20 gallon long. Looking to do s low tech set up whats a good light to get prices and where to find one I also wondering if you guys think the sand fourite mix is good for substrate. Please help!

I bet three 13 (or so) watt CFL bulbs (warm) with dome reflectors would work.

I used a 40watt for a few days on split timer, and got lots of unwanted algae in my 10. Gunna tun 2 13watts and see how that does.

Just spread em out. I like the lighting better than my t5ho tbh, not sure cfls are as good, but they work and I like the price
