There is this rust looking spots on my plants ( fake plants ) I don't know what it is help

Is it a new tank? If so it appears to be diatoms. Diatoms are pretty common in new tanks and will eventually go away on their own. If you only have fake plants you can use a Phosphate remover in your filter. Diatoms are caused by excess silicates and phosphate removers also remove silicates. You can also just wipe them off but they will come back.

Yes my tank is new I've had it for a month. Thanks for the help I couldn't really find anything about it online

Should get real plants theyre cooler and better for your fish

I want to plant some but I don't have enough money to get soil and stuff needed for the plants

All you need are plants, no soil, or anything else. What kind of lighting do you have on you tank?
