what would my lighting level be?

i have a 29 gal tank 30lx18hx12w with a zoo med t5ho fixture with one ocean sun 10000k bulb and one ultra sun 6500k bulb. both bulbs total 48 watts and i was wondering what my lighting would be, either high medium or low light?

I would say mainly low light, but you could probally get away with some medium light plants too.

If the fixture is hanging about 10-12 inches above the tank that would be about medium.

Makes me wonder if my lighting is way to high... I have ~170 Watts on top of my 40g breeder. Should I hang then as well?

They are all HO, one is a coral fixture none are 36 inches between 17 and 24 inch.
