whats wrong with my plants??

Hey all, i recently add plants to my 30 gal tank, and a few of the leaves are looking rough... heard his can be caused by jus the transportation of them, but im not sure if that is true, or if im just not giving them what they need. I need some advice, i have attach some pictures, the majority of the plant looks good, just 1 or 2 leaves are bad, any advice?

That's from transporting them they will be good

I agree and I would just trim the browned leaves.

What's your nitrate? Almost looks like an N deficiency

My nitrate is really high, 100+... my tank is cycling currently
