White fuzz that responds to touch!!!!! Help

Okay. I know you will think I am nuts but in the last two days my 3 gallon low tech planted bowl has sprung up some white fluff on the tips of the moss.

This “fluff” is responsive to touch and shrinks!!! I kid you not. It is like a sea anemone that shrinks into itself when touched. What. The. Heck? I have had white goo on the spiderwood before but that resolved. Newly added to the tank are 4 ember tetras. There are a few Nerite snails and some baby Amano shrimp in this tank as well.

Can you take s video? That sounds interesting, it would be easier to identify if we could see it.
 
Ditto on the video but it’s not hydra is it? They’re kinda whitish and might look algae like at first glance.
