I was just curious if wisteria usually puts out new roots like this? Its been in the tank for about a week and a half, maybe two weeks.

Also could some one ID the other plant (tall, columnar one). I know I have amazon sword and a grass (mondo I think) but I can't remember the name of the other one.

That is how my wisteria looks. I believe that is normal.

I think the plant you are talking about is Anacharis

YES anacharis it is! thank you. I thought it started with an A, but for the life of me it wouldn't come out.

I know the mondo grass isn't aquatic. We actually didn't buy it... it hitch hiked in the bundle of anacharis we bought. Its just one little tuft. I decided to throw it in anyways just for the heck of it. If it looks like its going bad I'll pull it out, no hard feelings.

Glad to know the wisteria is normal.

Thank you.
