Your opinion on my lights?

Hi All,

I have a double T5 for lighting. I have Swords, Chain Swords, Water Sprite, Anubia, and Hornwort floating, and another plant that I can never remember the name of, but I have two and one comes in a lighter colored "version". It is a background plant with long stems and round leaves. Would you consider this adequate lighting for most plants?

I was also wondering how delicate their root system is, because I tried to be gentle when planting, but was in water up to the top of my arm so it was awkward. I hope that I didn't damage any of the roots. How forgiving are they?

Do you know how many watts the light gives off?

Check this out it will help you understand aquarium lighting. And the watts aren't what the light put off its the amount of power they use. That old watt per gallon "rule" is outdated and nowadays is only part of the equation to figure out what u need for lighting.
