45 gallon 4 sale in VA

I have a 45(36*12*24) gallon aquarium with refugium
Custom oak cabinet and canopy made by local carpenter.
Ice cap ballast with 250W XM bulb(5 months old)
2-55 watt pc bulb, bulbs will need to be replaced
20 gallon long refugiumwith mag 7, plumbed between return
and skimmer(aqua C remora) included. The center of the
sump is full of aragonite sand and comes with 18 watt pc light fixture for refugium. Canopy will need to be reworked. The lid in starting to bow. Not for sure if because of the weight of the bulb and mogul or from moisture. The inside of the canopy needs to be resealed. There is some discoloration from moisture but this issue can be discussed. The outside still looks new and the cabinet is in great shape. Pics can be sent. Pm me your email address and I will gets the pics out later. The tank is not drilled, it has an overflow box.
