FW Tank for Sale - San Diego, Ca - Aquarium Advice

I am selling my fw tank because I have lost interest in it and to make room for a bigger sw tank.

The stats on the tank are as follows:

Tank: 40 Gallon 48x12x12 (I think got to measure it again)
Filter: Emperor 280 and Fluval 1 plus
Heater: Ebo-Jager 150 watt
Light: 48" [acronym:a043e97393="Normal Output Fluorescents"]NO[/acronym:a043e97393] fixture with bulb

Livestock:
2x German Blue Rams
8x Rumynose Tetras
plus some live plants:
Cryptocorne retrospiralis
Java Moss
Java Ferns
Valisneria ? (Can't remember the name)

Tank also has in it
2 pieces of driftwood
~10 lbs of Lace Rock

Tank will also include:
Test kits, peat moss, and some other stuff that I can't remember right now.

The price is $150 OBO

Yes because your tank is coming up as about 24g I believe.

The correct measurements of the tank are 48"x12.5"x17"
