How Much should I pay for a used tank - Aquarium Advice

Hey all,

My office mate is selliing a tank and stand.

Dims are 48x32x30.

I have not seen it yet so I do not know the condition. Of coarce, i would test for leaks before I made an offer....

Anyone know the volume of that would be?? It will be used for a reef.

well the condition would determine the price... according to those dimensions that you gave i would say the tank is about 200 gallons.. HTH

Used tanks alone generally go for $1/gallon, but it also depends on what else is included with the deal.
