Well, I can't help you there, and I know java moss is hard to find at the [acronym:c5e0a04606="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:c5e0a04606]. However, Hornwort is usually available, I'd get some of that if i were you. it is thick enough for any fry to hide in, and likely has a bunch of micro-organisms that fry like to eat.

my [acronym:cf2f390718="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:cf2f390718] always seem to carry the same plants,i like the moss and i heard the babies like to hide in it.--also i am going to try to attache some to some african root, i got from a [acronym:cf2f390718="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:cf2f390718]

Just tie it on with fishing line. Once it takes root, you can remove the line.

i didnt think of that, thanks--i was going with rubber bands but the fishing line sounds better--thanks again
