IceCap Fluorescent Ballasts *CHEAP* Model 660-009

OK here are pics. Looks a little ruff but saltwater does that to things. Make offers. I never used it (like i said it was given to me by someone getting out of the hobby). Sold as is and does not come with the wiring harness (could be made or bought from company).     Mods you can delete my other thread. It would not let me post or edit my last post so I had to make another thread. Sorry.
