Large shallow reef/invert tank
Where do I find large capacity shallow glass/acrylic tanks? 100+ gal 12" or under height...I want to buy one for all inverts. Any website links would be helpful, I've seen a couple at LFS but I can't find shallow tanks online...are they for turtles or what?

Where are you located? There are a couple of people in our Reef Club that build them (acrylic). You might have some reefers near you that do it also. One of our members just built himself an 8'x2'x12" tank.

You don't want a reptile tank, usually they aren't made to hold water.
Glass Cages usually has odd shaped tanks, I found a 100 long that is 17 inches in height. Else, you can contact them into making a custom tank for you. Very reputable company. http://www.glasscages.com/?sAction=ViewCat&lCatID=2 Edit to add: Also just found this. http://www.glasscages.com/?sAction=ViewCat&lCatID=53
