Brand New, only used to see that it works with fresh water. Great filter for [acronym:f548b127bc="Fish only"]FO[/acronym:f548b127bc], or [acronym:f548b127bc="Fish only with live rock"]FOWLR[/acronym:f548b127bc], or a heavy fish load fresh water. 3) Hello Lights 4X 96 watt [acronym:f548b127bc="Compact Flourescent"]CF[/acronym:f548b127bc].
Only plugged in to determine that they work. This kit contains 4 electronic ballasts, 48 “ reflector with clips, 2 actinic bulbs, and 2 10,000k bulbs with square pins. Ballast has moisture resistant end-caps. Similar product can be seen here:

The only difference is that there are 4 ballasts instead of 2. Ballast does not have light switch, should be used on 1 – 4 timers.
