If you can, get one that has an auto shutoffs (float thingy) available to go with it. I mounted mine over a 32g trash can, where I keep my ready mix salt water (w/the required heater and powrhead). When making water, it's easy to get into something else and forget to turn it off when full. Water all over the floor, of course. The float mounts in the trash can and can turn off the unit when it gets to that mark.

Anyway, check out the accessories that go with your intended purchase. I'm sure there may be others that folks finds very useful.
