WTB: Complete Saltwater/Reef Tank 100 Gallon+ Chicago Area - Aquarium Advice

Looking to for everything to start tank. Live in Western suburbs of Chicago. Please advise if you or someone you know may be getting out of the hobby or is looking to upgrade/move.

Bummer,

I used to do a lot of work out in Glendale. Great area I might add. Especially when there is snow on the ground here.

Anyway, want to do a reef tank w/my teenage kids as a project. We understand that there will be a lot of time, $$, and effort.

Any high level advice. I have only had fresh water fish in the past. But if I am going to go through the work, I am just want to do it once (but correctly). There is a guy that already responded that says he has a 110 gallon tank and light hood for sale (don't know brand yet).

I have ordered 3 books on the subject and just plan on doing a bunch of reading.

Thoughts or feedback would be awesome. Also, if you could give some suggestions on where to go from here it would be great !
