WTB:Pods and macros for new refugium

Hi all,

I am going to start setting up a refugium and I thought I have seen some of the members here that actually sell trimmings or such from there established fuges.

I am starting totally fresh so any recommendations would be appreciated. Fuge will be used mainly as a pod farm but would like some good algae that won't go "sexual" on me.

I live in S. indiana too.

Mike

Mike,

Do a search on "eBay detrivore kit" here. I don't see any currently listed on eBay but that thread had the kit contents listed including some macro and lots of [acronym:4221aa463a="copepods, amphipods, etc"]pods[/acronym:4221aa463a].

You can try emailing Bob directly at (rs19148 at comcast.net) to see if he'll any more available soon.

I had read a thread on that earlier but I think shipping to me would be $50 or so. I think the kit was $75.

Hoping for something cheaper but will see...
