Looking for foreground plants and crypts
I am looking for any foreground plants, such as Glosso, HC (I know, get in line!), Hemianthus micranthemoides, Hydrocotyl sp, Marsilea, etc etc. I am going to be doing a major re-scaping soon and need some plants that stay low. I have a high-light (4 wpg) 55 with Eco and CO2.
I'm also looking for some small/med sized crypts to fill in under some larger plants. Examples: C parva, becketti, petchii, wendtii. I don't have a ton of unusual stuff, but I have clippings of almost all the plants in my tank, including Hygrophila "ceylon", "tropic sunset" and salicifolia, Ludwigia repens and brevipes, Bacopa caroliniana and monnieri, Myriophyllum mattogrossense, Limnophila aromatica, Rotala rotundifolia and a HUGE sword plant that I would gladly donate to someone with a HUGE tank (I really mean huge!). Or I'd be happy to pay for shipping! Thanks! |

I have a pretty huge C. wendtii that I had to move from my tank becasue it's just too big for my 10 gallon. I did keep some of it, but now I have alot of it left and no place to put it (I have Silver Dollars in my communuity tank, and the plant is too nice looking to be fish food).
I'll gladly trade about half of it (it's huge) for something. Maybe you can suggest something nice that will live happily in a 10 gallon?

Any of the Ludwigias (I have some nice repens and a bit of brevipes), Bacopas or maybe the Myriophyllum would be Ok in a 10 gallon. If you don't have any or all of these I'd be happy to send you some in trade for the wendtii. I just did a tank trim so it'll take a week or two until I have enough to trim again.
Still looking, folks, lemme know what you've got! |
