A little question... May be a stupid one. - Aquarium Advice

I'm doing some plumbing on my tank. And I have a question. I went t the local h/w store and bought some [acronym:d55473c53e="Plastic pipe"]pvc[/acronym:d55473c53e] fittings, what is a safe way of taking the glue off the pieces that will be in the water. (glue form the stickers that was on them)?

scotch pad and hot water, scrub scrub scrub, could try some fine sand paper just to take the glue off as well, don't want to use any chemicals!

you could try Goo Gone. it's not a strong solvent, and just use a little so it won't soak into the [acronym:8260a08d61="Plastic pipe"]PVC[/acronym:8260a08d61].
