Anybody ever use "Catalina Aquarium" MH bulbs?
A seller on ebay claims these Catalina Aquarium bulbs are made in Germany and last 20,000 hours.
In speaking with Catalina Aquarium, they will not disclose the country or origin and simply state they're made "overseas". Also, their highest rated bulb lasts only 10,000 hours and they won't guarantee that claim either. Buyer beware.

correct me if I'm wrong...but...how are they going to warrantee that you get 10k hours out of a bulb?
How do they know the use or conditions? |
