cleaning crew suggestions

What would be ideal for a cleaning crew in a 25 gallon tank with a skimmer? I'm looking for good sand sifters and glass cleaners.

I've got 1 turbo snail, 1 blue-legged hermit (who doesn't bother the snails- I've got extra shells in the tank), 1 emerald crab, 1 margarita snail (who likes the rocks better than the acrylic) and 1 red-footed snail (who is worthless). I also have one cleaner shrimp and one fire shrimp.

I'm also looking for a cleaner crew for my 12 gallon nano. Nothing in it yet, I'm leaning towards a peppermint shrimp, a couple of red-legged hermits and a couple of snails. What work the best?

For glass cleaners I would go with nerite, cerith, or turbos. About a mixture of a dozen or so for a 25. You could also toss in another 10 blue legs or so if you wanted.
For the nano, my only suggestion is that the red legs are a small hermit, but still large [acronym:e457e7d29b="In my opinion"]IMO[/acronym:e457e7d29b]. I would grab more micro blue legs.
